Questions
How much does it cost my school? Nothing. There are no monthly fees, setup costs or minimums. Fans pay a service fee (10% on tickets under $10, $0.99 on tickets $10 and up) plus card processing, so your school keeps 100% of the price you set.
Do fans need an app? No. Tickets arrive by email and open in any phone browser.
When do we get paid? Money from each game is deposited to your bank on the first Wednesday at least 3 days after the game.
What if we get stuck? Our team sets up your account and your school's page with you. After that, SpiritBot answers how-to questions right in your dashboard, and you can always email support@spiritswipe.com.
