Questions
How much do fans pay for a pass? Your price, plus a $3.00 service fee and card processing. On passes under $6, the fee is half the price.
What happens if a game is cancelled? Passes are non-refundable. The pass stays good for every other game, and holders get an email saying so.
Can a fan share a pass? A paid pass can be transferred to someone else by email or a link. It moves as a whole, with a new QR code. Comp passes can't be transferred.
When do we get paid for passes? Every Wednesday, once the sale is 3 days old. You don't wait for the games.
What if we get stuck? Our team sets up your account and your school's page with you. After that, SpiritBot answers how-to questions right in your dashboard, and you can always email support@spiritswipe.com.
