Every fee, in plain numbers

Buyers pay these. Your school never does.

Tickets under $10. 10% of the ticket price.

Tickets $10 and up. A flat $0.99 per ticket.

Season passes. A flat $3.00 per pass, or half the price on passes under $6.

Concessions by card. 10%, capped at $3.00 per order.

Cash. No fees at the gate or at concessions.

Free tickets and comp passes. No fees.

Card processing. 2.9% + 30¢ online, 2.7% + 5¢ on the card reader, added to the buyer's total.

Card orders on the card reader. Cash has no fees at all.

How you get paid

A fan buys. They pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.

The game ends. Ticket money is released 3 days after the game.

Paid every Wednesday. Everything ready goes to your bank, with an email listing each game.

Does it cost our school anything? No. There are no monthly fees or setup costs. The only thing you might buy is a Stripe card reader, if you want to take cards at the gate or at concessions.

How much do fans pay? 10% of the ticket price under $10, or a flat $0.99 for tickets $10 and up, plus card processing. Season passes are a flat $3.00.

Are there fees on cash? No. Cash sales at the gate and at concessions have no fees.

When do we get paid? Every Wednesday. Ticket money is paid out once the game has been over for 3 days; passes and concessions once the sale is 3 days old.

What if we get stuck? Our team sets up your account and your school's page with you. After that, SpiritBot answers how-to questions right in your dashboard, and you can always email support@spiritswipe.com.
