Questions
Can volunteers see our money? No. Gate volunteers can scan and sell, but they can't see your revenue, payouts or reports.
How do we handle cash? Cash stays with you. After each game, the Event Summary shows how much cash each volunteer should hand in.
What does it cost? Nothing to use SpiritSwipe. Fans pay a small service fee plus card processing, and cash sales have no fees. Your club keeps 100% of your prices.
When do we get paid? Card money is deposited to your bank every Wednesday, at least 3 days after the game. Cash stays with you.
What if we get stuck? Our team sets up your account and your club's page with you. After that, SpiritBot answers how-to questions right in your dashboard, and you can always email support@spiritswipe.com.
